Much of this is accomplished in-house, but the rest is trusted to our internal partnerships.

A Clinic Rooted in the Community
Guardian Occupational Health was started by longtime Spokane resident Peter Glanville back in 2019.
His goal was simple: helping fellow blue-collar workers not only get back to work, but avoid disability well into old age through a combination of occupational medicine, integrative medicine, and exercise physiology.
He is thrilled to be working closely with firefighters across the Inland Pacific Northwest, protecting them and their home life while they are busy putting forest and house fires out.
Our occupational health facility centrally located between Spokane and CDA, right off I-90. With coffee, snacks, and plenty of parking for large trucks, firefighters are encouraged to drop in any time of day!
Our Integrative Medicine Location is where we focus on IV therapy, nutrition, and functional medicine. It is just south of downtown with easy access to our other healthcare partners.

During our conversation we’ll determine how Guardian Fire can best meet the healthcare needs of your department.

If you select Guardian Fire, we'll start arranging intake appointments for your firefighters ASAP. We have times suitable to your employees schedule.

We will send text reminders to your firefighters two days before and the day of the appointment. You do not need to do anything.

We'll schedule follow up appointments to go over your test results. Some tests, such as those relevant for NFPA 1582, may be shared with your department head. Please email us for more details.
